I am starting this new thread as my other one was compromised by the hackers. I sent the e-mails to the CW list as advised, next day got a 1 liner from Lisa Riordan, "Has anyone gotten back to you?" I thanked her for answering and answered her, No, No one had gotten back to me yet. Today, my Husband got a voice message from a Tricia Jones in the Escalation Dept. He returned her call, only to have to leave a voice message. Now we get to play phone tag. Is this the Loan Modification Department? If not, now what do we do?? Help....
