I will takle out the part about having $14,000 to put towards arrearage. In fact if they put the entire amount onto my loan and reworked the loan I would most likely still have low payments. I am on a payment option Arm, Do you think they will complete;ly restructure my loan or just add the arrearage to the loan?

By the way, I was told last week that the Investor on my loan is Bank of New York and it would be the investor to allow a loan to be re-worked. Any experience with Bank of New York in a similar situation as mine?
