We are looking into trying to get a
loan modification for our mortgage with Chase. The lender who originally helped us get our mortgage recommended that we try. We have barely been able to get by paying our mortgage payments on time for the past 6 months. We know that we will not be able to pay the payments on time much longer with how tight things are for us right now. I was just wondering if anyone had any experience dealing with Chase in this kind of situation and if they will even consider a loan mod. for us since we haven't been past due...yet.
