negotiator left message to call back and that 'anyone could assist me'. called back and talked with 'home retention support' (that's a new one) and i am sending approx 1200 bucks cashiers check thursday. girl said she couldn't see the rate but it 'appeared' we may have been approved for modification. the fact that they even asked for the money makes me think that's a good sign...right? |
