Re: confused and overwhelmed

ok, called countrywide again, haven't heard back. i know, it's still tuesday. a thought occurred to me, not sure what to think. after talking with someone unrelated to 'our' particular circumstance, who works on the 'flip-side' for a living. she concurred that they really don't want our house, they have more than they want. since we already had a loan out didn't think we could but she did mention hardship withdrawl from spouses retirement. yes, it would be taxed, etc. and spouse won't like it but living in a tent won't please spouse either. said people do it all the time and may be quickest resolution. (could always re-fi down the road...ha, ha, ha.) may be quickest solution, quickest way to rebuild even though rate will still stink?
