If your husbands promotion is going to put you over the $200 surplus by alot..........then don't mention it.............you need to stay in that range.......if they see more they will not modify.........if you have to show it then redo the food, gas, and necessities.........to work it........
What you need to do right now even if you started the process already.........put your hardship letter along with your loan number, address of property, and best contact number..........into the body of an email and send it to each of the email addresses below...(except for mine
) you should receive a response back next week sometime with a negotiators name and contact information for you to work with just them.........the process is much quicker this way.............
