I don't think you are telling the truth. How can CW refinance your loan or change it to a lower interest when the world knows that there's no equity at all. I think you are one of the Countrywide Corporate Officials, Countrywide Negotiator, Countrywide Employee or a relative of Countrywide Officials, Negotiator and Employee. Of course, you are going to get a favor from them because you are one of them.

And if you are not, just WAIT TILL GOD PUT YOU DOWN, because there is a saying in Proverbs 17:5 "He who mocks the poor shows contempt for their Maker; whoever gloats over disaster will not go unpunished".

God resists the PROUD but give grace to the HUMBLE.
