I think what happened here is sad that
CW feels that someone reaching out to save their house is "disgusting"
and who the f*** cares if every single one of the hardship letters sounds cookie cutter and coached............the stories are interchangeable and each one of them bears the same hardship and burdens over and over...........to think that they would minimize this is "disgusting"
Sorry for the rant.......what happened here to you should not have happened.....it just gets me....
Dan.......try contacting this person directly........she is very helpful and has helped many from this forum......see if she can help you.
oh and be sure to tell her about the email escapade and what was supposed to be seen interoffice was actually seen by you.......
