I think it was an honest mistake on Countrywide's part, sending my letter to the wrong department, I know how much work each one of these Loss Mitigation negotiators must have. I was told at the time I was offered the repayment plan that I would qualify for a Loan Modification. I only need to be assured that I connect with the right department and get some kind of expedient help due to the mixup. Could there be any repercussions for asking for help from the contacts you gave me?
