I have wondered if I could file a complaint against the lender because I didn't receive a good faith estimate until the day we were supposed to close and that was only because I needed to know how much to bring to closing. Additionally, I was not aware of the PMI attached to my loan until i saw it listed there which was $232 a month!! i almost died and didn't realize i could have backed out of that loan. |
