ASC is telling us after we make the 3rd payment for June 30th to call them for them to get started on loan modification. I wonder why the paperwork can not just say after 3 payments we will be doing a loan modification. It feels like a trap stating that you agree to 4 payments with last one being balloon payment..but verbally they are saying not to worry. I have been looking for someone who has completed the same process we are going thru but haven't found anyone yet. |
