our agreement says the same that we will be reviewed for a loan mod.asc told me they have not seen a special forebearance get denied a loan mod as long as the special forebearance is paid as agreed. i am going to call them myself as soon as i make our 3rd payment. they told me there is no need to call because they will automatically start the loan mod process after our third payment is made. everything will work out. talk to you soon |
