OK. On Friday 4/3/08 I received a phone call from the Executive Office wanting more information from me. Financial information. I answered her questions and she said that a loan modification is going to be very difficult. Talk about letting the wind out of my sails. Well I got up this morning and I am determined. I called back the lady (Anna) from the Executive Office to see if there has been any updates. I am waiting to hear back from her. I faxed EMC and JP Morgan an update on my modification and situation. I made copies of my loan documents emails from the loan officer who refinanced me and a QWR letter to send to the companies. I am going to call everyday and fax them my updates every day. What do you guys think?
