Well I just wanted to update this as I am sure there are many in a similar situation who just come here to read and gather information. I went to the NACA workshop on 11/7. I must now complete all my information online at there website and have an appointment on 12/14 at their office. (You can do it over the phone I just felt going to their office was better for me, since it's not an inconvenience for me.) The workshop is step #1 and is required before they will proceed in helping you. I plan to have all that they have asked for so they can submit my request to Suntrust. The workshop was for Home save and Home buyers. Again if anyone has comments or questions, please feel free to post.
