Be prepared when doing rental agreements and the like as the IRS is involved in this whole mha/hamp delema and they may check your upcoming tax return to see if you claimed rental income etc..could open a can of worms be prepared.....not borrowing trouble but just a thought to consider...Because its considered "INCOME" |
