Now make sure that right after that final good faith monthly payment that you resend all of your most recent financial documentation to them via the famous fax 612.312.4951...that is the accelerated fax number with you name, loan #, property address, last four of SS# and make the request for the modification. That way you do not fall between the *****s and make sure that then you call, call, call and fax, fax, fax.....keep them at their jobs....
