I figured out how to get around their online payment system. Since they block it once you start a modification. Go to
www.checkfree.com. I do use this for other bills and had it for countrywide. And since my modification I have been using it to make payments. usually when you send a payment it shows on countrywide web site the same day 12pm EST. in your transaction history. then you also have the proof of payment through checkfrees site too.
