We got a call from a negotiator today and he "Denied" us for a FHA-HAMP modification...
I asked why and he said..."Your income is $3120 and your bills are $4030" I said yes, your right but do you understand my wife was laid off... That's why our income dropped.. He said, Yes we know that. that's why your being denied.
What kind of crop of crap is that.... This is SOOOOO Frustrating. We would have never got behind if my had not been laid off....DUH!!
I thought this was the purpose for the HAMP help... OMG, I am so pissed off at Bank of America right now.
