I would guess that they added some of the payment interest, however you are paying some of it upfront with the Good Faith and the rest is the lovely property tax bill.....it does not seem out of line, however I would want something legible to ascertain the exact terms....so get them to send that in a PDF format, they can do that, heck we all can..... |
