What state? Media Media Media...go to the local stations (don't call) and leave a copy (packet) of everything for the most locally known respected jounalist. Here in our state, they feed off of this and are awarded nationally. They have a team of people that will work each file and get down to business. When you sign, off they go calling, e-mailing, etc. They go to the Attorney General, Governor, etc. too.
