1 - My hardship was a paycut at work of $1,000 per month.
2 - I was not behind on my payments. I remained current throughout process. Credit has been reflected as current throughout process.
3 - To obtain my contact at Exec team I wroter letters to the following parties citing the HAMP guidelines had not been followed by Freddie Mac (Investor) and Chase Bank (Servicer):
