| Re: Chase - Email campaign for Monday, who's in? After the e-mail campaign, I received another denial -- this time for bring unemployed, no mention of the previous denial " lack of permanent hardship and too much equity" - nor any explanation of how they figured the equity --
The original rep who had resubmitted an file after the 1 st denial is not longer allowed to speak to me. I was told this by his supervisor and by the Executive Resolution Group. They , The ER Group also responded to the letter that I wrote to my Congressman and the OCC. All in all , I have been denied twice, given no explanation for their capricious decisions and give no options from Chase.Suggestions???? |
