| Hope for Homeowners - any success? Just wondering if anyone has had any success with the Hope for Homeowner's Hotline. At the suggestion of a canned reply from MHA Compliance, I called the hotline, got moved to the Escalation department and spoke with a seemingly helpful and caring person there. I explained all the misrepresentations, lies, delays, and incorrect information provided by BofA. She has set up a 3-way appointment with my loss mitigation analyst to review my file for next week.
Has anyone had any progress with the hotline?
