Mel, Can you explain the investor pool? I was told by IMB/OWB that my loan could in no way be modified because my investor (Wells) does not allow the pool of loans mine is in to be modified in any way shape or form. The investor has apprx 11 of these pools and it has to do with credit backed securities in which this group of loans was purchased which doesnt allow them to be modified. Can you explain this??
