Thats really strange since you have been making your payments over the phone all along...If you remember you and I spoke about this issue several months ago....I have never been allowed to make my payments over the phone it always had to be via certified bank check...but I do send all payments to Phoenix AZ.....I don't understand why the change of address for this 5th payment...strange..........and they offered you no explanation about it......as someone else said they make the rules up as they go along.........has anyone else had their payment address changed?? And if so where to? |
