You may want to include in your hardship letter the documentation that you supplied to the judge and a copy of the judges ruling. I also recommend that you forward a copy of all the documentation from day one including the judges ruling to the attorney general in your state. If you do not have an attorney at this point that is not prudent. Time is not on your side. You need legal counsel to do the filings etc that are needed. Here is a contact in Chase's legal department. The idiots in customer service are no help.
