Here is some background.

I was approved for HAM program in June, finally started trial program in August, dropped our payment 500.00 which we were thrilled. We made our 3rd trial payment on October 1st.

We received a call on Oct 2nd or 3rd I think it was and they asked us to send full bank statements for the last two months. When we sent our paperwork on September 1st we only sent the first page of statements and they said they have to see full statement. They received our statements on October 9th per return receipt I got back and as of last Thursday afternoon they still aren't scanned in. Meanwhile we have received 2 phone calls and i UPS package asking for them even after we have called and tolds them we mailed them. The person we spoke with on thursday says she wrote all of that in our notes. I checked online today and it has a message stating they are still waiting for additional papers. How long does it take to scan things in?? They received them 10 days ago! We have been told they don't need anything else.

When we sent the bank statements one of the months has a couple extra deposits which i can easily explain to them, one was money our son owed us and the other two were deposits from family to help pay off some medical bills and also for a settlement we have negotiated with on of our credit cards. We have been working with a settlement company for the last 2 years paying off debt and recently got a good settlement for a card and we didn't have the money so family helped us out. Our credit report will show the accounts we have settled. Some of the money was ours that we had saved when we didn't pay the July payment and I had my sister hold it so we wouldn't spend it. The other statement they will see shows just my husbands paychecks going in. So after all that said, should I be worried? Will they question those deposits and/or let us explain them?

I am also wondering if by chance descrepencies come up in your financials so they let you mitigate those? What I gave them originally over the phone is what they are I just want to cover my bases. I have read horror stories on here about people having their financials totally off. We are so close to the finish I just want all my ducks in a row, I don't want themto pull the rug out from under us when all along they have been saying everything looks good. They ae telling us we should know something in 2-4 weeks.
