Re: Don't Just Sit There - File A Complaint!!

Hi Sabine,
I copied your list to add to my list of places I need to contact. I thought this Federal Reserve list was one along with some of their links a bit more specific to individual needs.

The Federal Reserve : If your bank is controlled by the Fed Res.
the following links will be helpful.

They have a new consumer line to call (below), and accept complaints via the email address below. Any additional documents should be sent to the Minneapolis address, no matter by which Bank your respective bank is covered, this address is the receiver who send on to the appropriate Federal Reserve Bank. It is there that they assign your complaint to an examiner. Include any review. Also any and all documents. They say you can't send too much information. They want it all.

I found out about this a little too late. They take about 60 days to examine your file. I don't have 60 days. My lender Popular is trying to foreclose on me now. I will be sending my complaint anyway. I want to see that the involved parties are reported to the appropriate authorities. And they will take action if they find federal crime.

Below is the actual address to send documents, reviews of documents, any other info on your situation

They have also been a great source of information.
They are very consumer friendly. In fact, I would say they were very helpful and informative. They are exceptional with Consumer Relations.

I have not been through their process, but they have been great thus far.
