Amazing how depending on the status of our mod, it influences our life so much! I vacillate between being really depressed, anxious and
hopeful....sometimes all at once! More hopeful lately with finding an attorney but I know that is not a silver bullet either.

So if they got your QWR on the 6th they have until Nov 6th to get the info back to you. Mine came back right on the end of the deadline. Mine did not have my GFE in it even though I had asked for it. I do not not understand why they are not doing something besides just denying you....does not make sense to me! I thought I was only 3 months behind, I think I am four, trying to go through all my bank statements to double check.....not sure how I have been miscalculating. I did not realize you were already three...thought you had just started going late. Hopefully one of those angles is going to work for you. Have you tried filing a complaint with the BBB? Someone on here did that and said they got the most response from that...that is about the only thing I did not do.

The attorney confirmed for me that he has not seen the banks do any kind of workout if you're not late but that could be because everyone he works with is late already.
