OK if you have not done it yet, QWR the file...NOW.
Then call HUD and the FTC and lodge one heck of a complaint on the servicing side of the world....also with Chase get a hold of the OTC/OCC and lodge a complaint with them, your state Banking Commissioner and your State AG's office. NOW....do not wait, get the complaints flying and go to court to contest their crap. |
