Re: HSBC/CHASE Nightmare!!

I hear you. As of Saturday, Chase are still only indicating the first payment as having been received in January, 2006, when in fact it was November, 2005. This would account for the 2 payments they said I was behind, unfortunately they would not listen to anything I had to say and rushed to file foreclosure. I was able to show the Judge that the amount of payments due at the time of filing (they would not accept my payments sent to them) had infact been sent, received and cashed by Chase yet they continue to claim to their client, HSBC that it was two payments behind at time of filing. It is just unbelievable to me that this kind of thing can happen and it apparently happens way too often. The Corporate bullies know that they can go into court, spin a web of intricate tales, and get away with it. It's about time home owners started standing up for themselves and justice. I know other mortgage companies have done the exact same thing, ultimately sued and lost. How these people sleep at night is beyond me.
