I am unclear if my going to week ago Phoenix event will help or not. I don't think it will hurt but the meeting with the Citi guy (if you haven't read my long report) was worthless. He kept confusing forbearance with HAMP. Although I believe there is one report of a problem talking to Citi after NACA this should not be the case and I've mentioned to Citi i did go to NACA event and doesn't seem to be an issue.
MY understanding is the big advantage of a NACA "deal" is you might avoid the trial period and go straight to modification, but that may be a dream.
I am still on the Trial. I hope all that stuff I did for NACA when it ever gets to Citi will just reinforce my own paperwork to Citi (initial stuff they have never sent me anything since trial began in July)
No info for me on NACA site yet. I went the first day (fri) in Phoenix
