Hi Poppy:

Who would I call to see if Reseame Mortage still hold my note. HSBC claimed to have lost the note, however, given the fact that the Assignment of Mortgage was not executed until 3/4 months AFTER the foreclosure was filed by HSBC, it is unlikely, I think, that they, HSBC held the note at a the time. I continue to receive solicitations which continue to name Resame as my Mortgage company. I would l think that 3 years would be long enough to update records to indicate the correct holder of the note. Thank you.
