No it is not to late, however I doubt that you will have it by then, you really, really need an attorney for that hearing. I am so totally urging you to retain an attorney. \

It is never to late to QWR a file and get the data that you need, make sure to send it certified return receipt requested and send 3 of them...they do get the picture that way.
