I've done some reading on bulk mailings and how they work, it's been a while, but the way I understand it is this, A computer pre-approved you based on the info it had, the info is to be re-verified at the end of the trial period by a negotiator who will close the deal. Yes, some will be denied because of incorrect info, most should go through. I think we will be seeing a lot more completed mods soon, this is what I'm hoping anyway.
