No. This offer said that if I do not respond to it within 10 days, they will proceed with the "formal eviction process".
That should read above "
We were just about to give up, figured we weren't going to hear anything from anyone UNTIL we were served with an eviction notice (or they figured the place was empty and changed the locks)."
