I know exactly what you mean. My housing counselor was getting the same run around and told me that they (housing counselors) are just as frustrated as the homeowners since they are being told the same things as we are. She finally threw in the towel and told me to try emailing Desoer as I had read about here. Sadly, I have gotten further pursuing this on my own than with my counselor's assistance. I feel for anyone who does not have the ability or resources to do this on their own and are relying on housing counselors to help. I have told my counselor all about this site so I hope she has referred other people to it. |
