I read here and it seems like some people are talking almost daily with reps at BOA and driving themselves nuts
I guess I don't understand why. Sorry! ( i understand if your close to the end of a settlement but not other wise) I have contacted them and gave them info. and wrote a letter. I feel like the ball is in their court. What am I missing.
