Hi All. I'm in contact with Claudia Mann. I was offerred a loan mod in July 09 sent in my first payment of $1585 then in August was denied. They said they needed more information. I received NOD already. This is my second request for loan mod since our income was cut due to CA budgets. I am getting nervous. Claudia emailed me this morning that the income is calculated based on year to date income. How could that be if our come is higher in the beginning of the year.
