Ugh!! They CLOSED our analyst/call center office till Oct. 15????????

Seriously.

We called yesterday and they said call back in three weeks. Obviously we can't go three weeks without calling since we are SIX months behind.
We call today and are informed that the OHIO call center (which is the only one that can supposedly work on our type of loan) is CLOSED until October 15th to work on backed up items.

Not sure if this is good or bad. Good that they are going to work on things I guess. But BAD because we aren't going to be able to call and remind them to do the work. Our account has been sent to the investor THREE times now (supposedly), and 2 out of the 3 times we eventually found out that it was never sent. This is only because we've made our daily calls.

Plus the Ohio call center has always told us they can't make outgoing calls to the investor or to customers. Maybe they've trained them now to do that so they can get things wrapped up?

Or maybe they've laid off a hundred people and are giving themselves a month to figure out what to do next? Who knows. I'm surprised Chase is still above water.
