Told to "Ignore" Trial plan extension

I called customer service this am and basically asked how exactly I could send these docs that they would receive them....the customer service rep could tell I was obviously distraught... one example I asked if I should drive the docs to Glendale, CO to deliver in person...she emailed my new nego he actually called me back he went through on the phone each doc that he had and said this was a general letter sent out to all on the trial plan to encourage hem to send missing docs....hmmmm who knows do I ignore it as he directed on send it all again.... what a waste of time, effort, money, FED Ex envelopes etc......
