I totally agree with you Snapple, i took my house 8 months no pmt's and all the way to the sale date to let them know i will walk away if they do not give me help and lo and behold i got a HAMP/MHA trial program i'm already 1 pmt into that and if they want to play games with the perm mod then i'll just stop paying again until they help, i'm over 240,000 underwater so they can either give me a perm mod or take the house and i'll file BK7 and just start over.
