Lost job in June 08. Wife returned to worked at 2/3 my previous pay. LTV at 90-95%. Submitted loan mod paperwork in late February 09. Stonewalled until August when I sent execs a letter. Things looked better but now I am back in a bad spot.

doddy - been there. I had success when I sent barbara desoer an email. Maybe you can try that to see if it helps. Her email address has been posted here many times. let me know if you need it.
