No trial period. Naca submitted 2% fixed for life of loan and BONY accepted. NACA and Bony work well together. I'm not sure why but it doesn't seem like BofA will give a modification if you are current and your investor is BONY. But if you are submitted by NACA then they do. I made my payments right up to receiving the documents. The documents included one months interest for the next month and they started the payments the following month.
