Merev :-( that is scary, I hope to find out the low down on this by Friday at the latest- I plan on calling each place (BOA/NACA) every day until I get some answers. I also emailed NACA on Friday so that I would have record that I've tried to contact them regarding the proposal/trial payment start dates.
