Faith - thanks. I did call Kevin Winn and he was helpful. I will stick with NACA for a while longer. He said Chase's reason for my denial was "ridiculous" and also that many lenders won't talk with us if we are working with NACA (so those of you reading - DON't tell your lender if you are also working with Naca! let them find it out for themselves..... or not.)

I have a QWR all prepared, but haven't sent it yet. Still toying with the idea. I have been told by an attorney that it is more of a stall tactic for most of us, and that a good attny can get any suits from us thrown out -for instance, if the mortgage co. falsified your salary, an attny might say you should have known better than to get into the loan.
