I'm just so paranoid and distrusting of people these days...I was even suspicious of the TruGreen guy that showed up the other day (as if he were some secret double agent LOL!). Maybe I just need to take a break from all of this. We haven't seen too many people entering the end of the trial period yet, so perhaps this is to be expected of all people nearing the end of the trial. As for your CC payment, you have the proof of payment and I truly see no reason for that to interfere with your mod. BofA only pulls the credit report to verify the balance owed and minimum payment due (to make sure what you've told them checks out). I wouldn't sweat it! Sounds like you are on the right track and hope to see a future report that you do get a permanent mod!
