| Re: Naca in bed with banks ? NACA wants a lot of things, thats the problem. They should have been trying to help people get into the MHA program and they weren't. They where looking out for their own best interests pushing their own deals with the bank, in turn it helped some people save their homes, lets not get that confused. If you think they where not getting paid by the bank, I think you are insane! When you read about people being told by NACA The banks going to offer you the GOV deal, don't take it or we will not work with you anymore. Or how about I called NACA to ask if I should accept a forbearance offered by the bank and they told me they had a policy change and they can't help me with that. What the F*CK is up with that! They don't want you to take a forbearance offered by the bank, that cuts them out of the deal! How about the PROMISE that was just made to a guy, NACA promised me a reduction in principle and a 2% loan! Everyone on this forum knows they can't promise that. Are all these people mis understanding what they're hearing? It's looking kind of doubtful isn't it. |
