First - I've called that consultant twice. Maybe third times a charm. Also - I'm going to send a QWR. and I'm also going to be asking for the following:

"Since I have never signed away any rights to talk with you, I am also requesting a copy of the “contract” you say you have with NACA that signed away those rights without my knowledge."

Of course I don't know if they HAVE to send this, but I have looked all over this forum and there are many many people who are working with their lenders and with NACA. Chase has shut me out and I want to see how they can get away with it. I'm pretty frustrated right now because NACA is making me start all over again. From the beginning. With a Homesave Counselor. In a week. Incredible.
