I called saxon today, and was told my financial package arrived and it was assigned to a representative, and they gave me her extension, she is in conumer and governmental affairs. they told me she just recd it on the 3rd so to be patient to hear from her. I called her anyway, and i introduced myself, and told her i was looking forward to resloving the situation as soon as possible! Ill keep you all posted!
